:1. Who did the work?
Aztec Polishing in SoCal. They don't ship though and I've had to stop doing it for people because it became a burden. I hear SGP does pretty damn good work on them though.

:2. How much did you pay?
$350 with throttlebodies. But they are a hole in the wall with illegal aliens working in the back...so that's on the low side =)

:3. Does it oxidize over time?
Not really but it would if I didn't touch it up.

:4. How often do you have to "touch it up" or repolish it?
I did it once a month and it wasn't all that bad because I did a good job of removing/rerouting as many hoses as possible for easy access.

:5. What do you use to repolish it?
I used Wenol. VERY popular with the classic car guys. A little hard to find but you can get it here or search in google.com

:6. If you could do it again would you chrome it?
No. I don't personally like the look of chrome since everyone and their mom has it. Also, if you are working on the engine bay and nick something, it's done for. With a polished plenum you can repolish that spot quite easily. Even a deep gash can be machines out with a dremel usually. Plus it's more expensive on average.

A tip if you don't use SGP for some reason. If you go around to hotrod shops or any car enthusiast places, you can ask who they use for polishing. Or you can just find some polish shops and simply ask to see their work. That's the EASIEST way to see what it will look like. I see so many bad polish jobs and there's NO reason for it!

Good luck.
